Supra
There are three components to SUPRA's Advantage Express System: the KeyBox, the SuperKey and the central computer, KIM. The KeyBox has a shackle
so it can be installed or removed at a property listing. It also has a key container which holds the listing keys for a property. The SuperKey is
used to obtain the keys from the KeyBox to show the property. The SUPRA Advantage Express System is a patented electronic KeyBox system that offers
three advantages over traditional lockboxes:
- Security -The KeyBox is controlled electronically and uses codes to allow access by authorized personnel only.
- Convenience-You can access all KeyBoxes in the system.
- Recording -The Advantage Express System records each SuperKey that accesses the KeyBox, as well as the date and time of each access.
Government Affairs

Marketing Sessions
Take advantage of your REALTOR® membership and participate in PWR's NeighborhoodWatch. This program is designed to maximize your listing's exposure
through the many Previews, Tours, Caravans and Marketing Sessions available to you. All REALTOR® members are welcome to attend and participate! Promote

Education
The Pacific West Association of REALTORS® offers a wide range of continuing education courses. Whether you need to satisfy the requirements of a
conditional license, are renewing your license for the first time, or need 45 hours of credit for a subsequent renewal, Pacific West has the package
