i-Tech MLS combines the data from the Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors ® and the Glendale Association of Realtors ® and covers San Marino, South Pasadena, Pasadena, La Canada-Flintridge, Sparr Heights, Montecito Park, La Crescenta, Montrose, Sunland, Tujunga, La Tuna Canyon, Sun Valley, Shadow Hills, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, and the Glendale areas.

To Access the iTECHMLS Database
|
Trico MLS subscribers may access the iTECHMLS database utilizing two methods.
To obtain a pass code follow these instructions:
** Pass codes changes monthly
- For access log-in to www.mrmlsmatrix.com/Matrix/login
- Point your mouse to "Help" and select the MLS Reciprocal Passwords link. Scroll down to the Glendale/Pasadena I-TECH MLS. You will now be provided with passwords and instructions on how you can log on to the I-Tech MLS System.

For Reciprocal Listings
|
Trico will inp ut your listing directly into the iTECHMLS database.
Begin the process today!
Instructions:
Step 2:
Complete the Credit Card Authorization Form
Step 3:
Fax both completed forms to Tri-Counties at 909-594-7156.
You may also request that Tri-Counties fax or email you the required Listing Input/Credit Authorization Forms!

Listing Changes
|
To submit a change to a listing that you have reciprocated to DAMLS:
Step 1:
Download the Pending Sold Report Form or MLS Change Form.
Step 2: Fax the completed Listing Change Form to Tri-Counties at 909-594-7156.
Please allow 24-48 hrs for processing.

Fees
|
Input fee: $25 (Includes one photo)
Tri-Counties staff will input your listing into the reciprocal database.
Additional photos: $5 (per photo)
Please select one of the following options on the Credit Card Authorization Form:

Email your photo to tricophotos@rpartner.net. (.jpg format only!)
Or
-
Copy your MRMLS listing photo and use it for the DAMLS listing.
Or
-
Submit the photo via CD, floppy or hard copy.
