To qualify for the DRE credit must pass a 25 question T/F exam with a score of 70% or better
Exam given after seminar

• Define short sales/short payoffs
• Options available to homeowners who are in a showr sale/shortpay situation
• Brief discussion of the non judicial foreclosure process
• Dealing with short sale/short payoff listing that are in and not in foreclosure
• Tips on convincing a lender to participate in a short payoff
• Finding short sale/payoff situations
About the Instructors:
Larry Blachman is an active Broker in Southern California. He has been successfully involved in real estate investments,sales and education for over 30 years, and has an extensive background in purchasing,listing and selling foreclosure properties as well as properties ina short sale/short payoffs situation.
Larry is also highly respected real estate educator and a recognized authority in the field of foreclosure. He has been interviewed by CNN News and has written two foreclosure books, which can be purchased at the PWR bookstore. In 2006, Larry was invited by the C.A.R to speak on foreclosures at the California REALTORS® EXPO.
